The Circle Method That Organizes Chaos

This book was born from a long and profound process that accompanies the creation of my collection The Logic of Chaos, developed between 2021 and 2025. During those four years I worked steadily on twelve large-scale paintings, each measuring 1.65 × 1.65 meters, where the circle became the central axis of my visual language.

Although the presence of the circle has accompanied me since childhood, it was during this period of intense creation that this form acquired a more structured and conscious meaning. As the collection evolved, I felt the need to put into words what was happening internally, not only within the work, but within myself.

This book emerges as a natural extension of that process. Here I explain how art, discipline and the conscious training of the mind allowed me to transform and improve my quality of life. I do not speak from theory, but from direct experience, from sustaining a long-term creative practice with focus, consistency and commitment.

The book and the collection are deeply interconnected. The twelve works do not exist in isolation; they form part of the same conceptual and vital journey that this book accompanies, explains and deepens. Together they constitute a single artistic investigation in which chaos is not eliminated, but organized through a center.

In this book I develop a self-healing method based on conscious mental training, sustained discipline and the embodied experience of art. I do not propose external solutions or quick promises. I share an internal process that allowed me to reorganize chaos through a center, the circle, understood as a mental and vital structure. Here, the circle appears not as a symbol, but as a concrete way to train focus, stability and coherence between mind, body and creation, with a real impact on quality of life.
